Technicality

The last few days I have been filing motions; running cross town and all over [getting signature in Apex and Hollysprings and Cary].

Meeting with family to undo a mess by an idiot state attorney, whom, like all attorneys, 

Tries to end cases based on technicalities;

But, the crapper about it is when I use the same technicalities to win, then, the response is “TAKE HIM OUT THE GAME”. 

That is court in a nutshell.  Run over a dog, do a hit and run, and, not only get away with it, but also, legally, tried to annihilate all whom are standing for right. 

This is dedicated to the Honorable Brad Donovan of the North Carolina Industrial Commission; and Attorney Alexander Walton of the North Carolina Department of Justice.
